Construction has commenced at Olivewood!
We’re excited to announce that works have commenced at Olivewood, the original site of the Barilla Olive Oil farm in Munno Para Downs.
This development milestone was commemorated by the Barilla family – Steve, Michael and Anthony and Civecon Directors - Ian and Craig. With Stages 1 & 2 already sold, high demand will bring forward the next release of allotments which are anticipated to hit the market in December.
The first two stages of allotments are being constructed concurrently with civil and infrastructure works to be completed in autumn 2023. It then becomes a very exciting time for Olivewood’s first residents as their builders are granted site access to commence home construction. If you’re thinking of joining the Olivewood community, now is the time to register your interest and be amongst the first to be notified as soon as the next release is available.
