Construction Update - August 2023

We are excited to provide you with a further update on the progress of onsite works. Although there have been some challenges in the property industry with material supply, labour shortages and recent inclement weather, we have made great progress in completing Stages 1 and 2 in a timely manner.

Final block repegging will be completed on Monday 14th August. Access will be available for builders to complete soil testing and for lenders to complete valuations (excluding Lots 101-104 and 136-137). Site access is currently via Hatcher Road off Andrews Road only (not Stebonheath Road which is currently blocked due to construction on the entry roundabout). Valuers & Engineers must contact the site manager before attending site, as below.

The developer has issued the bonding to Council and Service Agencies, so that the final plan can now be lodged in the Land Titles Office for approval. We expect that the new titles will be available by late August enabling settlement to commence thereafter.

Onsite works are nearing completion. We will provide further updates on when Council practical completion is achieved for home building works to commence. Additionally, we will keep you informed about the availability of access from Stebonheath Road.

The City of Playford has also requested changes to some of the street names and the Connekt Sales Team will contact buyers soon to provide with written confirmation of the new street names.
